My hobbies

Hello!

Before pandemic I couldn´t say what my hobby was, but now I can. Spending a lot of time at home forced me to find things I enjoy doing. Even though I didn´t have a hobby, I used to say that  my “hobbies” were to watch movies or series on Netflix or to hang out with friends. However, those are things that I used to like to do, but not so much to be considered a hobby. 

Now my hobbies are cooking and doing something that I called “to exist”. On the one hand, I realized I really enjoy cooking sweet and healthy recipes such as desserts, cakes, truffles, mousses among others. In fact, I enjoy doing this so much that I cook every week for my family, even when I´m very busy with my major.


On the other hand,” to exist” is a state of mind in which you don´t think or do anything, you are simply lying down and just breathing. "To exist" gives me great peace of mind. Because of that, I do it when I am very tired after work and classes or in the morning. 

You must try to do it once!
