My future job
Hello!
Today I'm going to talk about my future job. It should be noted that my future job is related to my mayor: public administration. To begin with, when I decided to study my mayor I always thought that I would do field work in public institutions. By field work I mean relating myself to citizenship in state organizations.
If I can't do field work it would be disappointing because I don't expect to spend the rest of my working life in an office. I know I'll have to do office work, but I´d like to work outdoor. I think leaving the office will help me not to separate myself from the reality that citizenship live.
Secondly, I believe that in order not to separate myself from the everyday life of citizens, I can´t travel a lot in my work. I´d like to do it, but only exceptionally to contrast realities and return to my work with new ideas.
To sump up, I believe in my career it´s very important to interact with people on a day-to-day basis because to make good public policies we must know their perception. Actually, that's why I want to do field work.
Take care!
I agree with you. It's very important to interact with people.
